These Terms of Service govern the use of our self-hosted BookStack instance located at "lms.imesd.k12.or.us". By accessing or using this system, you agree to the following terms.

All content created, uploaded, or modified within this platform remains the property of InterMountain Education Service District. By using the system, you agree that your contributions may be reviewed, edited, or deleted by system administrators in accordance with internal governance policies.

While we strive to maintain high availability, there is no guarantee of uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows or outages may occur as needed. System performance may vary based on usage and infrastructure.
